    Step 1

    烧热牛油,炒香鸡蛋,加入虾仁、葱花和蒜茸炒香。Heat butter in wok,sauté egg until fragrant,toss in shrimp,chopped spring onion and garlic.

    Step 2

    加入日本白饭和调味料炒匀至香,关火。扒个洞将鳗鱼粒倒入盖上3分钟。Add in white rice and seasoning,stir-fry until well mixed,off heat. Make a well in the centre,pour in unagi and cover the rice,simmer for 3 minutes.

    Step 3

    盛起,上碟撒上紫菜,脆蒜米和葱花即可享有。Dish out,sprinkle toppings and serve.
