    Directions

    Step 1

    核桃露做法Method for walnut soup: 将炸核桃肉用热水泡2分钟,然后加清水搅烂过滤备用。Soak toasted walnut in hot water for 2 minutes, then blend it with water and filter the puree.

    Step 2

    把核桃泥加入材料B煮滚,再加入材料C搅拌至滚即成,加入芋圆和地瓜圆享用。Boil walnut puree with ingredients B; and then mixes in ingredients C, once boiled, serve with yam and sweet potato dumplings.

    Step 3

    芋圆做法For yam dumpling: 将芋头蒸熟压成泥,加入所有芋圆材料搓成团,再搓成长条,切成小块,放入沸水中煮3分钟,待浮起加冷水再煮1分钟,捞起过冷河备用。地瓜圆做法也一样。 Steam yam, mash and mixed with all its ingredients and knead into dough, then roll into strip, cut into small pieces and boil in boiling water about 3 minutes or until afloat; soak in cold water for 1 minutes and ready to serve. For sweet potato dumpling follow the same method.
