鳕鱼身体内含有大量脂肪,肉质白细鲜嫩。不可以蒸太熟,是因为会破坏鱼肉。

    Step 1

    将所有特制清蒸酱油料放进小镬里煮滚备用。Boil all sauce ingredients and set aside.

    Step 2

    将鳕鱼摆在碟子上,淋上5汤匙酱油料和水酸梅。Place cod fish on plate,pour 5 tbsp sauce over and top with plums.

    Step 3

    准备蒸笼把水煮滚。将鳕鱼放进去,加盖,蒸7分钟。Steam in high heat for 7 minutes.

    Step 4

    盛起,撒上装饰料即可享用。Dish out and garnish to serve.
