    Step 1

    把乌鸡和香菇蒸1小时,在最后15分钟时加入猪筋、鱼鳔及生鲍鱼片,然后继续蒸至材料软身。Steam black chicken with mushrooms for 1 hour. At the last 15 minutes add pig’s tendon,fish maw,green lip abalone and Chinese cabbage. Continue to steam all ingredients are tender.

    Step 2

    把红枣和海参与鸡汤一起煮25-30分钟。Boil chicken stock with red dates and seacucumber for 25-30 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入蒸海味,即可上桌。Transfer steamed ingredients into chicken soup then dish out and serve.
