    Step 1

    将鸡肉放在Le Creuset Round Skillet 26cm上,煎5-6分钟后翻面,继续煎至金黄色。 Grill the chicken on a Le Creuset Round Skillet 26cm, 1 sided for at least 5-6 minutes, until brownish then turn over to the other side.

    Step 3

    酱汁做法:镬内热油,爆香蒜蓉,倒入加了 粟粉的黄梨汁煮至滚,加入蜜糖煮至浓稠。 To prepare sauce: Mix corn starch with pineapple juice. Heat the pan with oil and garlic, pour in pineapple juice,bring to a boil. Toss in honey and simmer till sauce thickens.

    Step 4

    吃时蘸上酱料一起享用。 Glaze the grilled chicken and grilled pineapple with gravy. Ready to be served.
