    Step 1

    发菜用水泡软,洗干净,沥干水份,加入1小匙 麻油拌均匀。 Soaked FATT CHOY in water, wash and drain, add-in 1tsp of sesame oil.

    腐竹加入清水先泡软,沥干水份待用。 Soak bean curd sheets with water until soften, drain.

    把3张腐皮铺开,面上放紫菜,把腐竹卷起少 许再加入发菜,再卷起腐竹成圆筒,用玻璃纸 包扎。 Spread up 3 sheets bean curd sheet, place seaweed on top, roll up part of it and add some FATT CHOY, and then roll into a round shape, cover with cellophane.

    将如意卷放入蒸锅蒸30分钟,盛起待冷才切 片。 Steam the rolls in a wok for 30 minutes, wait until cool down, slice, and arrange on a plate
