    Directions

    Step 1

    以腌料腌鸡肉10-15分钟。Marinate chicken with condiments for at least 10-15 minutes.

    Step 2

    用滚水川烫木瓜丝1-2分钟,过冷水后滴干。Blanch papaya strips in hot water for 1-2 minutes, rinse in running cold water and drain.

    Step 3

    起锅热油和麻油,把虾米、蒜茸及姜茸爆香。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok and saute dried shrimps, garlice and ginger till aromatic.

    Step 4

    灒入花雕酒,炒香。Splash in cooking wine to get the fragrance.

    Step 5

    加入鸡肉炒均,然后加入红萝卜、粉丝及调味料。Add chicken and stir-fry well. Add in carrot, glass noodles and seasoning.

    Step 6

    加少许清水,然后加入鲜菇和木瓜丝,迅速炒均后盛出。Stir-fry briskly. Dish out and serve.
