    Step 1

    用滚水川烫鸡肉,然后滴干。Blanch chicken in boiling water. Dish out and drain.

    Step 2

    把鸡肉,胡椒粒和清水倒入锅里,煮至滚。Put chicken, peppercorns and water into a pot and bring to the boil.

    Step 3

    加入木瓜和红枣。继续煮至滚。Add papaya and red dates and continue to boil again.

    Step 4

    加入莲子和枸杞,转小火焖煮 30 分钟肉软即可。以盐调味。Add lotus seeds and kei chi, turn to low heat, simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Season with salt to taste.
