    榄仁可用镬烘香,增加榄仁香气。

    Step 1

    皮料做法Method for pastry :将所有皮料A拌匀,休息6小时后加入牛油拌匀,最后加皮料C拌匀至光滑面团,再休面团1½小时后分出每一等份30克备用。Mixes ingredients A let rest for 6 hours and then add in melted butter and ingredients C ,knead into smooth dough; let the dough rest another 90 minutes,and then apportion into 30g dough each.

    馅料做法Method for filling :1.混合馅料,分出每等分20克,搓圆备用。Mixes filling ingredients and apportion into 20g each and shape roundly.

    Step 3

    2.取一份皮料,包入一份馅料,放入饼印,轻压平,再敲出。Wrap filling with pastry dough,place into mould,press lightly and dislodge.

    Step 4

    3.预热烘炉180℃,放入公仔饼烘10分钟取出,扫上一层奶水再烘10分钟即成。Bake them in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes,graze the surface with milk mixture,continue to bake for another 10 minutes,done.
