    小秘诀:烫松菇的水加盐可去菇类的腥味;另外松菇可以金针菇、草菇代替。

    Step 1

    把菠菜洗净切段;柳松菇去根部,撕小朵用。Wash spinach and cut in section; remove stem of mushrooms, tear into small pieces, set aside.

    Step 2

    将菠菜放入沸水中川汤好,捞起待用。Blanch spinach into boiling water, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热少许油,放入柳松菇和粟米粒,加入调味料拌炒熟,再加入菠菜和小红番茄,拌匀上碟。Heat oil in wok, stir fry mushroom and corn kernel together with seasoning till cooked, add in spinach and cherry tomato, fry well.

    Step 4

    吃时撒上芝麻即可。Spread some sesame on top when serve.
