桂花枸杞酿苹果 Stuffed Apple

材料 A
大苹果1粒、莲子10克(浸泡)、枸杞15颗(洗净)、玉米粒适量、红枣3粒(去核)、花生10克(浸泡)、桂花
糖1汤匙
材料 B :
粟粉½汤匙
做法 :
1. 苹果洗净,从¼处切开下半部分,挖出核和肉做成苹果碗。
2. 将莲子、玉米粒、花生及红枣,以适量的水慢火煮6-8分钟。
3. 把煮好的材料和枸杞混合均匀装入苹果碗中,以大火蒸约10分钟,取出备用。。
4. 粟粉用适量清水和桂花糖调匀,倒入小锅以小火慢慢加热,边搅拌直到糖汁呈透明色,熄火。
5. 稍凉后,浇在苹果上即可。

INGREDIENTS A :
1 big apple, 10g lotus seed (soaked), 15pc Gou Qi (washed), some corn kernel, 3 red dates (pitted), 10g peanut (soaked), 1 tbsp Gui Hua
candy (sweet Osmanthus candy)
INGREDIENTS B :
½ tbsp corn flour
METHOD :
1. Wash apple and cut a quarter, and then scoop out the flesh from bottom to form a bowl shape; remove the seeds of flesh.
2. Boil lotus seeds, corn kernels, peanut and red dates with some water for about 6-8 minutes in low heat.
3. Mixes the cooked ingredients with Gou Qi, and then stuff into apple bowl.
4. Mix corn flour with some water, add in Gui Hua candy and boil in low heat until the sugar syrup turns transparent.
5. Wait for the syrup to cool down before pour over apple to serve.
