Directions
搽上蛋黄液。 Brush with egg sauce。
水皮搓成团分成6份,休息10-15分钟。 Roll the water dough into a ball and divide into 6 portion, rest for 10-15 minutes.
油皮也搓成光滑,分成6份。 Knead the oil dough smoothly and divide into 6 portion.
将馅料A与莲蓉拌匀。 Mix ingredients A with lotus paste well.
另外加入B莲蓉,搅拌揉和均匀。每份50克分成6份。 Add in ingredients B , mix well. Divide each 50g into 6 portions.
将水皮包入油皮,擀成长条形,卷起,又重复做一次,卷起,再擀成圆形。 .Wrap oil dough in water dough and then roll flat and roll into a swiss roll. Repeat this process again.
包入馅料,收口,按平。 Roll into a round shape and wrap fillings inside.Seal tightly。
在月饼上插洞。 Insert hole with bamboo stick
刷上蛋液。 Brush with some egg sauce
Use a chop to mark a red marking on top of mooncake. 将印章涂上少许红色素,印在月饼上。
以180°C烘烤20-25分钟。 Bake at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.
