    迷迭香和大蒜的组合,在烤箱里就香气四溢。烤牛肉入口后,软嫩美味。迷迭香的味道真是很美妙。

    Step 1

    将烤箱预热至155°C。Preheat oven to 155°C.

    Step 2

    用盐和胡椒粉腌牛肉。Season the meat with salt & pepper. (pic 1-2)

    Step 3

    将迷迭香和大蒜混合,再加入2汤匙橄榄油。Mix rosemary & garlic with 2 tbsp olive oil.

    Step 4

    在平底锅中,把剩余的2汤匙橄榄油加热至冒烟时,把牛肉放入,四面全煎一下再翻转。In a pan, heat the balance 2 tbsp olive oil, once smoking hot, sear the beef all sides, turning over.

    Step 5

    将牛肉放入可入烤箱的平底锅中。Place beef into an oven-proof pan.

    Step 6

    在整个牛肉上刷大蒜和迷迭香混合料,入烤炉烤1至1.5小时。Brush the garlic & rosemary concoction all over the beef and bake for 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

    Step 7

    在烤肉的同时,用牛油炒蘑菇,然后加入高汤,煮至滚。While roast is in the oven, saute butter with mushrooms. Pour the stock over the sautéed mushrooms and bring to a boil.

    Step 8

    肉烤好后,取出,倒入酱汁,等10分钟后才切片吃。Once the roast is ready, pour the sauce over the roast. Leave to rest for 10 minutes, before slicing to serve.
