    阿根廷青酱,南美洲配烤肉吃的基础酱汁。酱汁做配菜,搭配梨子苹果培根清爽又开胃。

    Step 1

    酱料:先将蒜瓣与盐一同研磨,再加入辣椒、香菜及芫荽。加入苹果醋、香料、橄榄油及胡椒粉搅拌均匀,最后撒一些盐与黑胡椒调味,备用。Prepare dressing: Grind garlic with salt in a mortar and pestle or food processor. Add chili, parsley and coriander. Process to make a chunky sauce. Add vinegar, spices, olive oil and pepper. Process briefly. Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Step 2

    沙律:将啤梨片及苹果片拌入柠檬汁与柠檬碎皮搅拌均匀,以萝卜与洋葱作拌碟,放入冰箱冷藏。Prepare salad: Gently toss pear and apple slices with lemon juice and zest. Arrange on serving platter with carrot and onions. Keep chilled.

    Step 3

    热锅将培根煎至香脆,冷却后切块,排入摆放水果的碟子上。 Pan fry bacon in very little oil till browned and crispy. Cool slightly and cut into pieces. Add to serving platter.

    Step 4

    淋上酱料,撒一些杏仁片与黑胡椒即可享用。To serve: Drizzle dressing over salad. Garnish with almonds, grind over some black pepper and serve.
