棉花糖夹心蛋糕 Mallow Lava Cake

材料:
半甜巧克力粒185克、牛油60克、黄糖30克+1/4茶匙盐、A蛋2粒、香草味香精1/2茶匙、普通面粉120克(筛过)、大棉花糖6粒
陶瓷小碗4个(涂油)、糖霜少许
做法:
1。 把烤炉预热至180ºC。
2。 隔水煮巧克力和牛油至溶解,然后让它冷却10分钟。
3。 把糖、鸡蛋和香精加入溶解巧克力里,搅拌至完全混合后加入面粉。
4。 把材料倒入陶瓷碗里,至半满即可。
5。 把1粒半的棉花糖放在面糊中间,压紧后再倒入面糊,把棉花糖掩盖。
6。 放入预热烤炉里烤12-15分钟至表面裂开。
7。 从烤炉取出蛋糕后冷却约10分钟才以小刀沿碗边刮出。
8。 把蛋糕面向上置碟,撒入糖霜即可。
Ingredients
185 g semisweet chocolate chips
60 g butter
30 g brown sugar + ¼ tsp salt
2 “Grade A” eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
120 g plain flour, sifted
6 large marshmallows
4 oven proof ramekins, greased properly
icing sugar for dusting
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180*C.
- Place a bowl over simmering water, stir chocolate chips and butter until melted and smooth. Remove and leave to cool about 10 minutes.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla into melted chocolate until well blended. Stir in flour.
- Fill the ramekins with chocolate batter about halfway.
- Press 1 ½ large piece marshmallow into the center of the batter in each ramekin. Spoon remaining batter equally over marshmallows, completely covering.
- Bake in the center of a pre-heated convection oven until tops are puffed up and crackly, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool about 10 minutes, then run a knife along inside of ramekins and invert to release cakes.
- Place right side up on plates. Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar, done.
