    棉花糖泛指具棉花质感的糖果,具体可能指: 棉花糖 (颗粒状),以玉米糖浆、明胶及阿拉伯胶制成的糖果,呈颗粒状。 棉花糖 (棉絮状),将砂糖经加热后融解成的糖浆制成。

    Step 1

    把牛油和巧克力放入锅里,隔水煮至溶解后,出100毫升的份量,置放一旁。Put the butter and chocolate in a saucepan double boil until they are melted. Scoop out about 100ml of this melted mixture and put to one side.

    Step 2

    把其余的巧克力混合料移到大盆里,加入马里饼及棉花糖迅速拌合。Transfer the rest of the chocolate mixture into a mixing bowl stir in the biscuit pieces and the marshmallows.

    Step 3

    将全部混合材料倒入烤盘里,以抹刀尽量压平,然后倒入100毫升溶解巧克力,再烫平。Tip into a foil tray flatten as best you can with a spatula. Pour the reserved 100ml of melted chocolate mixture over the marshmallow mixture and smooth the top.

    Step 4

    收入冰箱2个小时或隔夜。Refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight.

    Step 5

    切成2寸长的棒状,即可享用。Cut into 2ineh fingers, serve immediately.
