森林系蘑菇浓汤 Forest Mushroom Soup

材料 :
新鲜蘑菇 (切片) 300克
牛油果(XL) 1颗
鲜奶 400毫升
蒜头 3瓣
干罗勒碎 适量
海盐 适量
黑胡椒 适量
橄榄油 1汤匙
芝士粉 适量
做法 :
① 冷油下锅,将蒜头爆香后,加入鲜磨菇,炒至出水,下干罗勒碎,炒匀后,熄火。(图1-2)
② 将牛油果切成一半,去籽,切块,备用。(图3)
③ 将炒蘑菇、牛油果和鲜奶打成细滑的浓酱。(图4)
④ 将作法2的磨菇浓酱倒入原锅内,开小火继续煮至滚后,下海盐和黑胡椒粉调味,即可熄火。(图5)
⑤ 将作法4的蘑菇浓汤舀进内汤盘内,享用前撒上适量橄榄油和芝士粉即可。

INGREDIENTS :
300g fresh button mushroom (sliced)
1 XL avocado
400ml fresh milk
3 pips garlic
Some crushed basil
Dash of sea slat
Dash of black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Some cheese powder
METHOD :
① Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant; add in mushroom and stir-fry until watery; toss in
basil and foo heat. (pic 1-2)
② Cut avocado into half, seeded and cut into pieces. (pic 3)
③ Blend fried mushroom, avocado and fresh milk in blender until fine. (pic 4)
④ Return mushroom puree into wok, simmer in low heat until thicken; season with sea salt and black pepper, off heat. (pic 5)
⑤ Pour mushroom soup in serving bowl, sprinkle olive oil and cheese powder on top right before serving.
