椰浆饭比萨 Nasi Lemak Pizza

材料
现买皮塔面包适量、水煮蛋5粒(切片)、炸江鱼仔100克、莫扎里拉芝士150克、冷当咖喱鸡汁(参考椰浆饭汉堡)、灯笼椒1粒(切片)、大葱1粒(切丝)、椰浆饭叁峇(参考椰浆饭小吃)、鸡胸肉1块(切丝)
组合
1 把皮搭面包放在不黏锅或烤炉烘一烘。(图1-2)
2 在皮搭面包上面摆上灯笼椒、大葱、鸡肉丝、冷当咖哩汁及叁峇;再撒上芝士,放入预热烤炉以180°C烤15-20分钟或至芝士溶解。(图3-5)
3 撒上炸江鱼仔即可享用。

INGREDIENT
Pitta bread (store bought), 5 hard boiled eggs (sliced), 100g fried anchovies, 150g Mozarella cheese, 1 large capsicum(sliced), 1 big onion (sliced), rendang chicken sauce (refer to recipe Nasi lemak burger), sambal nasi lemak (refer to Nasi lemak canapes), 1 piece chicken breast (boiled & shredded)
METHOD
1 Lightly toast the pitta bread on a nonstick pan till firm. (pic 1-2)
2 Top the pitta bread with capsicum, onion slices, chicken meat rendang curry & sambal; then sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven @180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts. (pic 3-5)
3 Top with crispy anchovies before serving.
