    Step 1

    把糖浆材料放入锅里煮至糖溶解,然后过滤。In a saucepan combine syrup ingredients together, cook until sugar dissolves and turn off heat. Sieve the syrup.

    Step 2

    把粉料,糖浆及碱水混合,然后倒入准备的圆盘里,大火蒸30-35分钟。In a mixing bowl combine flours, syrup and lye water. Sieve into the prepared pan and steam in a boiling steamer for 30-35 minutes.

    Step 3

    待冷却后才切块,沾椰丝吃。Leave kueh to cool before cutting into pieces. Roll in grated coconut mixture and serve immediately.
