    Step 1

    用2大匙油爆香蒜茸和江鱼仔,将一半盛起,待用。Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir-fry garlic and ikan bilis, remove half and set aside.

    Step 2

    加入西瓜白、红辣椒和调味料炒匀至熟,盛起,洒上爆香的蒜茸江鱼仔即可。To the remaining ikan bilis, add in the watermelon rind, chili and seasoning and stir-fry till cooked. Pour the saved ikan bilis mixture over the cooked watermelon rind and serve.
