泡菜海鲜煎饼 Kimch hemul jeon

材料 :
泡菜300克、大葱½粒、苏东200克、青葱适量、面粉适量、清水适量
做法 :
❶ 把泡菜和青葱切长丝备用。
❷ 苏东洗净切细条备用。
❸ 把所有材料混合。(图1-2)
❹ 不黏锅热少许油,把面糊倒入,慢火煎两面呈金黄色及熟。(图3)

INGREDIENTS :
300g kimchi , ½ onion, 200g squid, some spring onion, Tigimkaru flour (or use plain flour), some water
METHOD :
❶ Cut the kimchi and spring onion into slices, set aside.
❷ Clean the squid and cut it to slices.
❸ Mix all ingredients with water into batter. (pic 1-2)
❹ Heat up the non-stick pan, pour in batter and sear until golden brown and cook, done. (pic 3)
