把泡菜和青葱切长丝备用。Cut the kimchi and spring onion into slices, set aside.
Step 2
苏东洗净切细条备用。Clean the squid and cut it to slices.
Step 3
把所有材料混合。Mix all ingredients with water into batter.
Step 4
不黏锅热少许油,把面糊倒入,慢火煎两面呈金黄色及熟。Heat up the non-stick pan, pour in batter and sear until golden brown and cook, done.
