    酸菜最大限度地保留了原有蔬菜的营养成份,富含维生素C,氨基酸,膳食纤维等营养物质,由于酸菜采用的是乳酸菌优势菌群的储存方法,所以含有大量的乳酸菌,有资料表明乳酸菌是人体肠道内的正常菌群,有保持胃肠道正常生理功能之功效。

    Step 1

    将酸甜咸菜切条、番茄切块、青葱切段、辣椒切丝备用。Sliced pickled mustard, tomato, red chilli and spring onion, set aside.

    Step 2

    镬内热2汤匙油,爆香姜片及葱白。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and spring onion white until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入酸菜拌炒。Add in pickled mustard, stir well.

    Step 4

    放入番茄、调味料及熟鱼,煮滚。Add in tomato, seasoning and cooked fish, bring to boil.

    Step 5

    加入青葱及适量粟粉水勾芡,便可。Toss in spring onion and thicken with starch, dish out.
