    Step 1

    小辣椒切粒备用,九层塔摘取叶子备用。Chop the bird's eye chilies and set aside. Pluck the leaves from the Thai basil and set aside.

    Step 2

    油锅下蒜末和小辣椒炒香,加入肉碎拌炒均匀。In a pan, sauté the minced garlic and bird's eye chilies until fragrant. Add the minced pork and stir-fry until it's cooked.

    Step 3

    加入调味料继续拌炒至全部混合均匀。Add the seasoning and continue to stir-fry until everything is well mixed.

    Step 4

    最后加入九层塔拌抄一下即可盛碟。Finally, add the Thai basil leaves and stir briefly. Serve immediately.
