    Directions

    Step 1

    在碗里,将鸡胸肉、酱油、黑酱油、蚝油、麻油、食盐、胡椒碎、糖和玉米粉搅拌均匀腌制好。In a bowl, add chicken breast, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, ground pepper, sugar, corn starch mix well and marinate.

    Step 2

    中火起锅,倒入橄榄油然后炒鸡胸肉到半熟。Medium heat, heat the wok and pour in amount of olive oil, stir fry chicken breast until slightly cook.

    Step 3

    加入蒜米、红洋葱爆香。过后,倒入红黄青灯笼椒、黑木耳、红萝卜和青葱炒香。Add in garlic, red onion, red yellow green capsicum, black fungus, carrot and scallion, stir fry.

    Step 4

    倒入意大利面、酱油、黑酱油、蚝油、芝麻油,之后再倒入调味料即可。Then, add in spaghetti, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and season well.

    Step 5

    意大利面煮法:将一锅清水煮到沸腾,再倒入食盐和橄榄油。放入意大利面,偶尔搅拌下。煮大约9分钟或煮至“弹牙”口感。How to cook spaghetti: Boil a pot of water, add salt and olive oil. Put in the spaghetti, stir and cook for 9 minutes or cook until al-dante (to the bite) texture.
