泰式猪肉碎 Thai Style Minced Meat

┃材料┃
猪肉200克(切碎)、蒜、小辣椒2-3条、小番茄6粒切半、九层塔1束(切碎)、柠檬?粒 (挤汁)
┃调味料┃
糖少许、酱油1大匙、蚝油1大匙、黑胡椒
少许

┃做法┃
在平底锅放入一大匙的油以小火热锅,放入切好的大蒜和小辣椒来回翻炒爆香。
加入猪肉碎炒至七分熟,放入小番茄一起拌炒。(图1-2)
把所有的调味料加入拌炒均匀。(图3)
起锅前把切好的九层塔和柠檬汁加入后搅拌均匀后上锅。(图4-5)

┃INGREDIENT┃
200g lean meat (minced), 1 clove garlic, 2-3 chili padi, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1 stalk basil (chopped), ? lemon
┃SEASONING┃
Dash of sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, dash of black pepper

┃METHOD┃
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan with low heat. Add in garlic and chili padi, sauté until fragrant.
Add in minced meat and stir-fry until cooked. Add in cherry tomatoes and stir-fry. (pic 1-2)
Toss in seasoning. (pic 3)
Sprinkle chopped basil and drizzle in lemon before dishing out. (pic 4-5)
