    Step 1

    将材料A的鲜淮山、莲藕去皮,切块备用。Peel ingredients A and cut into small pieces.

    Step 2

    将材料B浸泡6小时备用。Soak ingredients B ford hours.

    Step 3

    煮滾12饭碗水,加入所有材料慢火煮3至4小时,加入调味料享用。Boil 12 bowls water,add in all ingredients and simmer in low heat for 3-4 hours: season to taste.
