    Step 1

    青瓜头尾切掉,再切成2公分长段;然后挖掉心,但底部不穿洞。Slice off the ends of cucumber and cut cucumber into 2 cm length slices. Using a melon baller spoon scoop out the core to create a neat hole but do not break the bottom part.

    Step 2

    把青瓜段浸泡在盐水里10分钟,然后滴干,收入冰箱30分钟。Soak the cucumber pieces in a basin of salted water solution for 10 minutes. Drain well and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    将吞拿鱼肉、红萝卜茸和所有酱汁材料混合均匀。Combine tuna fish and carrot with all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Step 4

    取1汤匙吞拿混合料填入青瓜里,撒上芝麻,当开胃菜吃。Scoop a tbsp of tuna mixture into the cucumber pieces. Sprinkle a little toasted sesame seeds over. Serve as an appetizer.
