    Step 1

    五花三层肉洗净用开水煮熟备用。把煮熟的五花肉切手指厚片。Wash and skinned pork belly, cook for about few minutes in boiling water and set aside. Slice the cooked pork belly into 1cm thick slices.

    Step 2

    用蒜茸以及全部调味料腌制五花肉,再用保鲜膜包好放冰箱2-3天。Marinate the pork belly with minced garlic and all seasonings, then wrap it and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

    Step 3

    取出腌制好的五花肉煎金黄色即可享用。Take out the marinated pork belly and fry until golden brown and serve.
