    Step 1

    烧热牛油爆香洋葱,加入新鲜蘑菇、火腿和虾仁炒至熟。Heat butter and add in onion to sauté until fragrant,toss in fresh mushroom,ham and shrimp,stir-fry until cooked.

    Step 2

    关火,加入调味料、蘑菇汤和芫荽碎拌匀试味,将拌好的蘑菇汤倒入耐热的碗上,将西兰花围边,撒上芝士。Off heat,add in seasoning,mushroom soup and chopped parsley,adjust taste before pouring into heat proof bowl,surround by broccoli and then sprinkle cheese on top.

    Step 3

    以200度预热烤箱,将蘑菇汤烤20分钟或金黄色,即可取出配上面包或意大利面享用。Pre-heat oven to 200C,bake the mushroom soup for 20 minutes or until cheese on top turns to golden brown. Serve with bread or spaghetti.
