过几天就是中秋节了!如果你也想试试制作月饼,不妨先从冰皮月饼开始,比起传统月饼,冰皮月饼更容易,也不需要用到烤箱。用火龙果肉搅成汁取代色素,加入白醋用来固定火龙果的紫红色,吃得更健康一些。

    Step 1

    馅料搓匀分出9等份,滚圆备用。Knead all filling ingredients and apportion into 9 and shape balls.

    Step 2

    材料B打成果汁,过滤备用。Blend ingredients B into juice and sieved.

    Step 3

    煮滚材料C,加入火龙果汁拌匀,加入白醋一滚即可,待冷却才用。Boil ingredients C, mix in dragon fruit juice and white vinegar, once boil ,turn off fire immediately and let cool down.

    Step 4

    材料A加入粟米油拌匀,再加入煮好的火龙果,搓至光滑粉团,休息粉团1小时后,分出9等份,搓圆成皮料,备用。Combine corn oil with ingredients A, mixes in dragon fruit mixtures and knead into smooth dough. Let rest 1 hour and apportion into 9, shape balls.

    Step 5

    取1份皮料,包入1份馅料,压入月饼模印出,至全部做好,放入冰箱冷冻4小时后享用。Wrap each dough skin with 1 set of filling,press in mold and dislodge. Keep all done mooncakes into fridge for 4 hours before serving.
