这是一款以寿司为灵感发想的沙律,你要准备的食材有:西生菜、蟹柳/蟹肉/龙虾肉、牛油果、柠檬、芥辣、是拉差辣椒酱、蛋黄酱、炒香的白芝麻和海藻/中华海草。现在沙律碗里混合蛋黄酱、是拉差、芥辣、半个柠檬汁,再放入其他食材,最后撒上一把芝麻就大功告成了。

    取一大碗,先混合蛋黄酱、Sriracha辣椒酱和芥末酱,挤入½颗柠檬汁后加入生菜。In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha hot sauce, and mustard. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture. Add the lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat it with the sauce.

    接着放入芝麻、芥末酱、紫菜碎后再混合拌匀。用叉子将蟹肉弄碎,连同牛油果放在上面即可享用!Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and crushed seaweed over the lettuce and mix everything together. Using a fork, shred the crab meat and place it on top of the salad along with slices of avocado. Enjoy!
