烤排骨王 Grilled Supreme Spare-Ribs

【材料】
排骨王500克
【腌料】
蚝油1汤匙、酱油1汤匙、李派林黑醋1汤匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、南乳1块(捣烂)、蒜茸1汤匙、姜汁2汤
匙、alce nero有机花蜜2汤匙、alce nero橄榄油1汤匙、alce nero陈年黑醋1汤匙
【做法】
1. 把所有腌料混合,然后腌排骨至少3-4小时或腌隔夜。
2. 把腌排骨放在PHILIPS TurboStar 空气炸锅的特备烤盘里,再放入PHILIPS TurboStar 空气
炸锅里。把温度调到160℃,时间设在10-12分钟,接着再调至180℃,炸多5-6分钟。
3. 取出排骨后,以铝箔覆盖6-7分钟后才吃。

【Ingredients】
500g pork rack or meaty spareribs
【Marinade】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp pepper, 1 piece fermented red beancurd (nam
yee,mashed finely), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp ginger juice, 2 tbsp alce nero Organic Acacia Honey, 1 tbsp alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp alce Nero Organic Balsamic Vinegar
【Method】
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Rub mixture evenly on the pork rack. Leave marinated pork rack aside to marinate for at least 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
2. Place the marinated pork rack in the PHILIPS TurboStar Air Fryer Grill Pan. Slide the basket into the
PHILIPS TurboStar Air Fryer and set the temperature at 160℃
for 10 -12 minutes followed by 180℃ for another 5 -6 minutes.
3. Once done remove the meat and leave aside to rest covered with aluminum foil for 6-7 minutes before serving.
