    Step 1

    起锅热油,把研磨香料炒香后加入椰丝、虾米、白糖及盐。Heat oil, sauté the spice paste until fragrant, add in grated coconut, dried prawns, sugar & salt.

    Step 2

    炒至干身试味熄火。Adjust seasonings to taste, and once the filling is dry, turn off heat, set aside.

    糯米粉做法To prepare glutinous rice :1.把浸泡的糯米滴干水,放入盘子里。Drain the soaked glutinous rice & place into a tray.

    2.放入班兰叶,椰浆及盐。Top with pandan leaves, coconut milk & salt.

    3.大火蒸15分钟后离锅,搅拌均匀。Steam over high heat for 15minutes, remove from steamer & stir to mix.

    组合To assemble :1.取一香蕉叶,摊平后铺上糯米饭,然后把馅料放中间。Lay a piece of banana leaf, spread the glutinous rice over & then put the filling in the middle.

    2.把香蕉叶卷起, 头尾以竹签固定,然后才用碳火烤香。Wrap up and secure the both ends with bamboo skewers before grilling over charcoal fire, done.
