    好吃到停不下的泰式炸鱼尾,酸辣开胃。这是一道餐桌受欢迎的美食。

    Step 1

    鱼尾处理洗净抹干后,在两边各划三刀,沾薄薄一层面粉。Clean fish tail well. Score 3 cuts on both sides of the fish. Pat with a thin layer of plain flour.

    Step 2

    起锅热适量油,把鱼尾炸至金黄色;滴干后摆盘。Heat adequate oil in a wok. Add in fish tail and deepfry until golden brown. Drain and place on a serving plate.

    Step 3

    把珠江桥牌高级酱青和糖混合。Mix PEARL RIVER BRIDGE High-grade Light Soy Sauce with sugar.

    Step 4

    在小锅热少许油爆香1汤匙蒜茸,加入古龙牌香菜心及甜酱油煮匀,浇在炸鱼尾上。Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepot. Sauté 1 tbsp chopped garlic till fragrant, add in GULUNG Brand Pickled Lettuce and sweet soy sauce, bring to boil and pour over the fried fish tail.

    Step 5

    将泰式辣酱材料混合,然后淋 少许在炸鱼尾上。Combine spicy Thai Sauce together and spoon a little sauce over.

    Step 6

    撒上顶料即可享用。Add topping ingredients on top and serve immediately.
