    酱香味浓的涮口滋味都让人难以抗拒!鱼块不碎不腥味,一道超级下饭的菜!

    Step 1

    鱼肉切约2公分厚片,加入腌料拌匀,然后以少许油煎熟备用。Cut fish fillet into 2 cm slices and marinate with condiments; sear with some oil until cooked, drain.

    Step 2

    镬中留少许油,倒入烧汁煮滚,放入鱼块兜匀。Boil all the sauce ingredients with 1 tbsp oil that used to sear the fish, return fried fish into wok, stir well.

    Step 3

    将苋菜洗净后,加入有少许盐、糖及油的沸水川烫至熟,捞出沥干盛盘,铺上煮好的烧汁鱼块即可上桌。Wash young spinach and then blanch in boilling water with dash of salt, sugar and oil until cooked, drain and arrange in plate, pour the braised fish over and serve.
