    Burnt Cheesecake最早起源于西班牙的巴斯克地区,看着烧焦却一吃惊人的甜点。不用打发不用饼干底,没有技术含量所有材料混合送烤箱高温烘烤即可。

    Step 1

    将搅拌机换上桨钩,放入乳酪芝士、面粉、糖和盐,开始拌打。逐步加入鸡蛋。Using an electric beater fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the cheese, plain flour, sugar, salt together beating in eggs one at a time.

    Step 2

    加入香草味香精、柠檬汁和鲜奶油,拌匀成糊料。Cream in vanilla essence, juice & finally cream.

    Step 3

    将糊料倒入涂油烤盘内,放入预热至220°C的烤箱烤50-55分钟至蛋糕呈金黄色。Pour the cheese mixture into grease round cake tray, bake in pre-heat oven @220°Cfor 50-55 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出蛋糕待冷却(别放在烤箱内冷却)。Remove immediately from oven and allow to cool outside. Do not cool cake in the oven.

    Step 5

    待冷后去除烘焙纸,收入冰箱后,切片享用。Once cool, Remove the parchment paper & chill in the fridge to serve.
