烩冬瓜 Braised Winter Melon

【材料】
冬瓜500克、花肉300克(切薄片)、红辣椒1条
【调味料】
生抽1大匙、盐少许、乌醋1茶匙
【做法】
1. 将冬瓜削皮去籽,切块后放入滚水中煮至八分熟,捞出备用。(图1)
2. 先将花肉切条状,放入镬中炒熟。(图3-5)
3. 加入冬瓜和调味料,一起炒熟。(图6-7)
4. 最后加入辣椒炒匀即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
500g winter melon, 300g pork belly (juliennes), 1red chilli
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, dash of salt, 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar
【Method】
1. Peel winter melon, seeded and cut into small pieces; and then blanch in boiling water until
80% cooked, drain.(pic 1)
2. Sauté juliennes meat until cooked. (pic 3-5)
3. Add in winter melon and stir-fry until cooked. Add in seasoning.(pic 6-7)
4. Toss in chopped spring onion and red chilli and dish out.(pic 8)
