    Step 1

    把牛蒡和红萝卜削皮切块备用。Peeled burdock and carrot, cut in pieces.

    Step 2

    排骨汆烫滚水洗净。Blanch pork ribs with boiling water, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    把处理好的材料全部放入锅中并注入清水,大火煲至滚再转小火,继续煮1小时。Place all the ingredients into pot, cook with higheat till boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for another 1 hour.

    Step 4

    加入盐调味即可。Season with some salt, done.
