    Step 1

    中火起锅,倒入橄榄油和混合蘑菇。炒到金黄色,倒入黑醋和调味料。Medium heat, heat the wok and pour in amount of olive oil. Stir fry mixed mushroom until golden brown then add in black vinegar and season it.

    同一个锅里,倒入黄洋葱和蒜米爆香。过后,倒入奶油和意大利面水搅拌均匀。On same wok, add in yellow onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrance. Then, pour in cooking cream and pasta water stir well.

    Step 3

    最后,将意大利面再加入巴马干酪和调味料搅拌均匀。Then, add in pasta, stir well, add in parmesan cheese and season well.

    Step 4

    意大利面煮法:将一锅清水煮到沸腾,再倒入食盐和橄榄油。放入意大利面,偶尔搅拌下。煮大约9分钟或煮至“弹牙”口感。How to cook spaghetti: Boil a pot of water, add salt and olive oil. Put in the spaghetti, stir and cook for 9 minutes or cook until al-dante (to the bite) texture.
