特味白菜烧肉汤 Vege & Roasted Meat Soup

【材料】
300克连皮前腿烧肉(切块)、3粒熟鸡蛋、150克奶白菜、2棵青葱
【香料】
3粒小葱头、3辨蒜头、5克姜、2粒八角、1支桂皮、1小片陈皮、5条辣椒干
【调味料】
1杯糯米酒、适量盐、少许味精、少许盐
【做法】
1. 烧热少许油煸炒香香料,加入烧肉同炒。(图1-3)
2. 注入2碗水和鸡蛋煮滚,约6分钟。(图4-5)
3. 加入奶白菜与调味料,煮滚便可。(图6)

1. Heat some oil in wok, sauté spices ingredients until aromatic; and then toss in roasted meat. (pic

2. Pour in 2 bowls of water and boil with hardboiled eggs for about 6 minutes. (pic 4-5)
3. Add in Baby Pak Ckoy and seasoning, bring to boil, done. (pic 6)
