    炸得酥香的猪油渣和江鱼仔加上微辣,不管配饭、粥或当小吃都那么开胃加美味呢。

    Step 1

    花生炒香去衣;江鱼仔洗净吸干水分,以油炸至香脆备用。Toasted peanut and skinned; wash and dry anchovy, and then deep fry until crispy, drain.

    Step 2

    把猪油和猪油渣、红辣椒、江鱼仔及调味料一同拌炒。Heat up pork oil and add in crispy pork lard, red chili, anchovy and seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 3

    熄火后加入花生兜匀即可。Off heat and toss in toasted peanuts, done.
