    要点:这道点心有养颜作用,坐月时非一定要吃饭 , 偶尔吃点心调节一下。

    Step 1

    将药膳酱材料煮滚,待冷,用搅拌机搅成泥,过滤后再煮滚,勾芡备用。Bring herbs sauce ingredients to boil, let cool down and blend in blender until fine, filter and boil again, thicken with starch.

    Step 2

    烧热 2 大匙麻油,爆香姜丝及香菇丝,最后加入四季豆炒片刻,加入调味料,炒匀上碟。Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger and mushroom until fragrant, add in french bean, stir-fry briefly and add seasoning, dish out on plate.

    Step 3

    把肠粉摊开切成 4 片,每片放入适量馅料,包成肠粉卷,至全部包好后蒸 2 分钟,享用时淋上药膳酱。Spread up Chee Cheong Fun, into 4 pieces, top with filling and roll up. Steam Chee Cheong Fun rolls for 2 minutes, serve with herbs sauce.
