    心得交流站 : 豆腐买回来,最好放入冰箱过夜,使豆腐不会太软,结实一点。

    Step 1

    将珍珠豆煮约15分钟,去皮留用。Boil cranberry beans for 15 minutes,remove the skin.

    Step 2

    豆腐用叉压碎,拌入材料A味料蒸5分钟,取出备用。Crush tofu and mixes in ingredients A,steam for 5 minutes,set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热1大匙油,爆香姜茸,加入全部材料B炒香,加入调味料煮滚,勾芡,淋在豆腐上即成。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,toss in all ingredients B,add seasoning,thicken and pour over steamed tofu,done.
