    珍珠奶茶变成面包,Q弹粉圆加上细致软面包美味又趣味。

    Step 1

    所有材料放入搅拌锅,除了珍珠和牛油。Place all ingredients in mixing bowl except pearl balls and butter.

    Step 2

    搅拌成团放入牛油,继续搅拌变滑面团,然后分割成7粒60克面团。Knead into dough and then mix in butter and continue to knead into smooth dough; separate into 7 pieces at 60g each.

    Step 3

    面团杆平,包入珍珠,包好面团放入模。Flatten the dough and wrap in pearl ball; place in mould.

    Step 4

    發酵至2倍大。Let rise until double size.

    Step 5

    预热180℃上下火,烤25分钟。Bake in pre-heated oven 180℃ at both up and bottom for 25 minutes.
