    材料B用搅拌机搅烂成班兰姜茸,备用。Blend ingredients B finely and set aside.

    Step 2

    材料A排上碟,隔水蒸5分钟,取出备用。Arrange ingredients A on plate and steam for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    班兰姜茸材料煮滚,加入调味料勾芡,淋上已蒸熟的材料A,趁热享用。Boil pandan ginger mixture, add seasoning and thicken with starch; pour over steam ingredients A to serve.
