    Step 1

    将花肉放入沸水川烫5分钟,捞起沥干水分,待冷。Blanch pork belly for 5 minutes and drain.

    Step 2

    将花肉切片。Cut pork belly into slices.

    Step 3

    切好的花肉片,排在蒸盘上加入其余材料,淋上调味料。Arrange meat slices on plate and top with other ingredients; pour seasoning over.

    Step 4

    放入蒸笼用大火蒸20分钟,即可取出配饭享用。Steam in high heat for 20 minutes. Remove from steamer and serve with white rice.
