    Step 1

    瓦煲烧热2大匙油,爆香香菇和全部配料。Heat 2 tbsp oil in clay pot, saute mushroom and all sub-ingredients until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入味料和上汤,一滚即勾芡。Add in seasoning and stock, once boiled, thicken.

    Step 3

    加入伊面和炸脆的腐竹片即成。趁热享用。Add in noodle and fried bean curd sticks, serve hot.
