瓦煲陈皮红豆沙Clay pot Red Bean Soup

【材料】
红豆100克、陈皮2克、清水30毫升、冰糖

【做法】
1.红豆洗净浸过夜。
2.陈皮用温水泡软,用小刀刮白瓤。
3.锅中加足量水烧开,将红豆,陈皮放入锅中。
4.大火煮开后转中小火煮1小时,煮至红豆起沙。
5.加入冰糖,煮至糖溶即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
100g red bean, 2g dried tangerine peel, adequate water, 30g rock sugar

【METHOD】
1.Soak red bean over-night; soak tangerine peel in warm water until soften.
2.Scrape away most of the white pith on the inside of the peel.
3.Heat enough water, put in red bean and tangerine peel.
4.Bring to boil with high heat and then turn to medium low heat and continue to boil for 1 hour or until soften.
5.Add in rock sugar and boil until melted, done.
