用杏鲍菇切成圆状取代带子,加入甜豆、鲜山药、云耳等材料,是一道卖相与营养价值同样高的素食料理。

    Step 1

    把杏鲍菇切圆段半寸高,云耳浸泡冲洗撕小朵。Cut the king oyster mushrooms into circles half an inch high. Soak the black fungus, rinse and tear into small pieces.

    Step 2

    烧热锅加入杏鲍菇略煎香待用。Heat up the pan, add the king oyster mushrooms and fry until fragrant. Set aside.

    Step 3

    烧沸水加入少许盐和油,把甜豆和山药一起加入沸水中略烫,取出浸泡清水。Add some salt and oil in boiling water, add snow peas and Chinese yam to the boiling water slightly blanch, remove and soak in water.

    Step 4

    再烧热锅,加入1大匙油和姜丝炒香,将全部材料加入炒香,最后加入调味料拌炒均匀,浇上麻油即可享用。Heat the wok again, add 1 tbsp oil fry the ginger until fragrant and put all the ingredients, lastly add seasonings stir-fry evenly, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
